团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、分析顶刊AI临床研究，输出研究报告（研究问题、研究设计、方法创新、临床价值、局限与启示），确定豆包医疗临床实验方向； 2、持续关注最新研究进展与会议进展，并和行业内学者进行交流、沟通，对后续的科研方向形成判断； 3、参与文献综述、研究设计梳理、项目立项等前期工作，依据贡献可共同署名发表。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，有医学或计算机背景； 2、能熟练阅读英文原始文献，具备基本的学术能力； 3、对AI×医疗有真实好奇心与热情。

加分项 1、有SCI/顶刊论文发表经历（一作/共一）； 2、掌握Python/PyTorch，能跑通基础模型实验； 3、有医疗AI公司、医院科研科、医学AI实验室实习经历。
