1、负责客户对接过程中技术问题的分析定位和排查，协助客户顺利完成产品的集成开发上线； 2、处理客户的技术反馈，能进行代码查阅、分析解决问题，给予客户及时响应，提升客户满意度； 3、归纳和总结常见技术问题，输出可读性强的规范化技术文档； 4、梳理客户技术需求并反馈，促进数据产品迭代优化； 5、编写相关产品问题和技术支持分析的报告，定期整理和归纳常见问题，进行技术相关培训。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业优先； 2、掌握以下至少一个方向： 1）工程应用开发，熟练使用至少一种编程语言，如Java、Go、Scala、Python； 2）移动端工程应用开发，客户端Android、iOS开发经验； 3）大数据生态环境，了解hadoop、Spark、Flink、Hive、kafka等大数据技术，具有OLAP引擎（ClickHouse、starRocks等）经验是加分项； 3、较强的分析问题能力和逻辑思维能力，具备Debug能力和Troubleshooting经验，以解决问题为导向； 4、愿意接受挑战、愿意解决综合性强的问题，具备多线程工作能力，关注行业的前瞻性发展； 5、积极乐观、责任心强、认真细致，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，有主动的服务意识。
