日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、熟悉直播相关业务，具备良好的英文应用能力； 2、了解模型训练/评测所用数据的生产链路，具备数据管理、维护、分析相关能力，以及基础的数据处理能力； 3、理解大模型工作原理，有Prompt优化经验，基于项目工作流完成复杂Prompt、RCA根本原因分析，对负面案例聚类调优，输出问题分析报告，并验证在LLM上的表现。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、英语、哲学、统计学相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力； 3、对AI有热情，对全球的AI产品有了解和使用，了解基础的大模型训练原理； 4、热爱直播，有直播内容和玩法有一定了解； 5、具有一定的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力，能够独立思考； 6、期望尽快到岗，工作日全勤。
