1、负责3D AIGC前沿算法的探索与研发，聚焦但不限于文生3D、图生3D、3D场景生成等方向，推动技术创新； 2、深入研究3D生成模型的关键模块，如3D VAE、3D DiT、智能布线、UV展开、物理属性估计等，并提出创新的解决方案； 3、主导或参与大规模3D基础模型的训练与优化，包括高效的数据清洗与预处理流程、模型压缩与蒸馏等，构建高效、稳定的3D AIGC基础模型与数据管线； 4、与产品和工程团队紧密合作，将前沿算法转化为实际应用，确保技术在字节跳动产品中的成功落地与迭代。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机图形学、计算机视觉、多视几何与深度学习理论基础； 3、熟练掌握Python，并具备优秀的C++编程能力；熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架，并有较强的工程实现和动手能力； 4、对技术充满热情，具备出色的分析与解决问题能力、良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神； 5、在3D视觉、AIGC、图形学等相关领域有深入的研究或项目经验。

加分项 1、熟悉NeRF、3D Gaussian Splatting、SDF、Diffusion Models、Transformer等前沿技术，有实际落地经验或在相关领域取得突出成果者优先； 2、在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、SIGGRAPH、NeurIPS等顶级会议或期刊上发表过相关论文者优先； 3、有大规模模型训练、模型压缩/蒸馏、高性能计算（CUDA）或大规模数据处理经验者优先； 4、有知名开源项目贡献或在Kaggle等算法竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先； 5、对3D内容创作工具（如Blender,Unreal Engine等）有使用经验或深入理解者优先。
