1、参与AIGC视觉生成算法的前沿研究与应用开发，方向涵盖图像生成、图像编辑、视频生成、视频编辑、及多模态数字人生成等； 2、参与相关模型的训练优化、效果调优及性能提升，重点攻克高保真图像生成、ID一致性、多模态可控生成等关键技术难题； 3、推动算法在电商图像生成&编辑、短视频生成、数字人直播等核心场景的验证与落地探索，将算法能力转化为可体验的产品功能，优化生成效率与用户体验； 4、跟进学术界与工业界前沿进展，参与团队的技术调研、方案设计与创新实验，将前沿研究成果快速应用于实际项目，共同推动团队在AIGC视觉生成领域的技术竞争力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉图像&视频生成算法，有视频生成或数字人相关项目经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握PyTorch等框架，具备良好的Python/C++编程能力； 4、具备较强的学习能力和解决问题能力，能积极参与团队协作与项目推进。
