日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、了解广告主需求和投放策略，结合AIGC等新技术，参与短漫剧与游戏广告、内容素材的自动化生产与优化； 2、协助端到端的产品能力设计和方案执行落地，包括但不限于素材生成策略和投放策略适配等； 3、关注AIGC与游戏行业、短漫剧行业趋势，探索更原生化的创新变现模式。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周可实习4天，可连续实习3个月，有广告策略或素材生产经验，熟悉AIGC生成模型的优化及评测方法优先； 3、对AIGC和生成模型相关技术有了解或强兴趣，学习能力强； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力和自驱力。
