团队介绍：抖音基础体验团队，负责抖音的产品架构和Feeds消费等基础产品工作，同时通过产品设计规范和体验设计落地来保障抖音的整体用户体验。

1、负责抖音的全局基础设施，同时通过产品设计规范和体验设计落地来保障的整体用户体验； 2、围绕核心内容容器，持续构建与优化体验规则与设计资产（组件/交互/表达方式），支撑多场景、多业务的接入与演进； 3、将AI融入设计与产品工作流，在体验定义、方案生成与验证过程中提升效率与探索空间； 4、探索AI对内容消费、互动方式与表达形态的影响，结合业务实践推动新的体验模式与产品形态落地。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业优先，具备1年以上互联网产品设计经验，能独立完成从问题定义到方案落地的完整项目； 2、具备产品视角，能够拆解复杂问题，理解业务目标并做出合理取舍； 3、具备系统化思维，能够从单点页面上升到整体体验结构，抽象组件能力与规则； 4、在实际项目中使用过AI参与设计或产品流程，能够清晰说明其在体验定义、创意探索或方案生成中的作用； 5、具备自驱力与推进能力，能够在不确定中持续推进项目，并对结果负责；具备良好的表达与协作能力，能够与研发、算法等多角色协同推进复杂项目落地； 6、有数据意识，能够理解基础指标与实验逻辑，并参与体验效果的验证与迭代；具备AI Coding/AI Prototyping/动效等能力者优先。
