1、围绕AIGC视频创作平台，研发面向机构与个人创作者的Agent、Copilot与多模态创作工具；通过大模型、多模态理解与生成、智能工作流编排等技术，提升视频创作效率、内容质量与规模化生产能力； 2、参与AIGC视频创作平台建设：围绕机构与个人创作者的视频生产场景，参与Agent、Copilot、智能创作工具等能力的设计与研发，提升内容创作效率和质量； 3、负责多模态与大模型应用落地：结合文本、图像、音频、视频等多模态能力，参与内容理解、脚本生成、素材分析、分镜设计、视频编辑辅助等功能开发； 4、构建智能Agent工作流：参与任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理、创作链路编排与效果优化，提升复杂视频创作任务的自动化和可控性； 5、协同推动产品化落地：与产品、算法、设计等团队协作，理解真实创作流程，将前沿AI能力转化为稳定、易用、可规模化的产品功能。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，如Python、Go、Java、TypeScript/JavaScript等，具备良好的代码风格、工程意识和问题定位能力； 3、相关AI领域实践经验要求： 1）了解大模型与AIGC应用开发，具备Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、Tool Use、Agent Workflow等实践经验者优先； 2）具备多模态相关经验，了解文本、图像、音频、视频等多模态模型或应用场景，有多模态理解、内容生成、视频分析、图像生成、语音处理等项目经验者优先； 3）对Agent/Copilot产品有理解或实践，有智能助手、自动化工作流、AI编程助手、AI创作工具、AI Agent框架等开发经验者优先； 4、具备良好的产品意识和用户视角，能够理解创作者、内容机构、内容运营团队等用户的实际工作流，关注AI能力如何真正提升效率和质量； 5、具备良好的学习能力与沟通协作能力，对前沿AI技术保持热情，能够快速学习新框架、新模型和新工具，并在团队中高效协作。

加分项 1、有AIGC视频、短视频创作、智能剪辑、数字人、文生视频、图生视频等相关项目经验； 2、熟悉或使用过主流大模型、多模态模型或Agent框架，如GPT、Claude、Gemini、LangChain、AutoGen等； 3、有前后端全栈开发经验，能够独立完成从产品原型到功能上线的闭环； 4、有AI产品、创作者工具、内容平台、视频平台、广告创意平台等相关实习或项目经历； 5、有开源项目、技术博客、竞赛获奖、论文发表或高质量个人作品集者优先。
