1、负责字节跳动内部通用Agent产品Aime的需求调研、分析和规划，推动项目高效运转，严格把控产品体验； 2、负责跨多职能团队合作，推动关键用户体验的实现和交付。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、具备一定的技术理解能力，对大语言模型技术有浓厚兴趣； 3、对AI产品有热情和好奇心，相信AI产品将改变工作和生活，愿意花费时间阅读最新的论文和技术报告； 4、深度了解AI Agent技术原理，了解行业前沿动态； 5、热爱创新，有AI Coding类产品或者通用Agent类产品经验优先。
