BNPL Solution Manager (EU) - Global Payment

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases.

• Develop and refine our EU/UK market BNPL vision, strategy, and product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
• Deeply understand regulatory compliance requirements and work with the product team to design, launch, refine and integrate BNPL products into our payment platform and the broader TikTok ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Analyze EU market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, growth and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to consumer lending solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in lending (credit card/ consumer loan/BNPL), payments, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce space. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications: - Focused on continuously enhancing the customer experience through improvements in operations. - Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to achieve goals.
