1、深度参与印尼电商业务的年度预算编制、滚动预测及日常监控，负责端到端项目财务流程支持（含立项、合同审核、预算管控及事后复盘），以及日常业务立项管理、合同财务条款审核及预算动态调整记录； 2、定期（双周/月度）出具深度财务分析报告，精准识别预实差异根源，提供前瞻性洞察与可执行建议，支持管理层决策；同时构建财务模型，进行利润模拟测算、风险评估及项目经济效益分析； 3、深度参与新业务策略的制定与评估，提供专业财务视角； 4、持续优化财务支持流程与跨部门协作机制，提升工作效率与业务部门体验；作为财务与业务部门的桥梁，主动沟通财务政策、规则及要求，及时响应并解答业务部门的财务咨询，提供清晰、专业的指导，协同业务部门在推动业务发展的同时确保运营的财务合规性。

1、5年以上财务管理相关经验，具备企业财务BP经验者优先； 2、能够快速理解复杂业务模式和运营逻辑，具备商业洞察力； 3、熟悉预算管理、财务分析、财务建模及项目管理流程，熟悉合同审核要点及风险控制； 4、具备强烈的团队合作精神，跨部门沟通协调能力强，能够有效融入并推动跨职能团队协作； 5、结果导向，能在动态变化的电商环境中保持高效产出； 6、英语口语流利，可作为工作语言。
