1、作为金融业务的财务合作伙伴，深入理解业务模式与经营逻辑，以扎实的财务分析、模型测算及精细化管理能力，支持业务决策与经营目标达成； 2、管理报表的搭建和维护，根据核算数据编制月度管理报表并不断优化，根据业务发展的需求及时更新优化报告结构，保障报表反映业务的实际经营情况； 3、经营分析和决策支持，了解金融业务的产品模式、收入与成本结构及关键经营指标；组织月度经营分析会，基于管理报表识别经营风险和改善机会，构建财务评价体系，输出效率提升、财务模型改善的建议，推动分析结论转化为业务行动； 4、财务建模与决策支持，围绕新业务、新产品、市场拓展及重要经营事项，独立搭建UE预测、盈利测算和投入产出模型，开展情景分析与敏感性分析，清晰呈现核心假设、收益驱动因素及风险，为资源配置和经营决策提供支持； 5、财务预算管理，制作年度预算和季度滚动预测，完善预算管理体系，为业务预算制定提供财务支持，协助业务实现管理目标，进行定期数据监测，重大预实差异分析，提升业务经营效率，为业务做好前置规划； 6、流程优化与数据治理，联动业务团队、核算团队梳理业财数据需求，推动业财数据口径统一，优化报表和分析的流程，参与财务信息化的项目，利用AI工具提升底稿编制、数据抓取与分析的效率，保障分析结果的可靠性。

1、大学本科及以上学历，经济管理、金融、会计、统计相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上工作经验，有管报制作和分析、预算管理的财务经验，具备信贷行业的财务BP相关工作经验优先，具备财务金融类证书优先，如CPA、CFA、ACCA、CMA等； 3、具有良好的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够主动、学习并解决复杂问题； 4、工作有责任心，积极主动，学习能力强，能够独立思考，有高度的自我驱动和责任心； 5、具备较强的跨团队协作能力及支持跨区域协作的英语沟通及书面表达能力，有拉美、欧洲或北美业务支持经验者优先； 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备专业数据分析工具（SQL，Python等）及AI工具等技能优先。
