1、深入理解开发者在代码编写、理解、调试、问题修复及软件工程协作中的工作流，识别影响AI Coding体验的关键问题，制定能力优化方向和优先级； 2、负责大模型Coding能力评测体系的规划与建设，设计覆盖通用编程与真实软件工程任务的场景、数据集、指标和评测流程，并结合真实用户反馈持续校准评测结果； 3、分析模型在代码生成、代码理解、问题修复和复杂工程任务中的表现，区分模型能力、工具使用及产品链路等不同因素，定位主要短板； 4、与算法、工程及产品团队协作，推动问题分析、优化方案制定和效果验证，建立可持续迭代的评测与优化闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，具备5年以上软件开发经验，有系统开发、服务端开发或软件架构设计背景； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础及软件工程能力，熟悉软件研发全生命周期，在复杂业务系统开发、系统架构设计、代码质量及性能优化等方面有丰富的实践经验； 3、具备较强的结构化思维、问题分析与沟通表达能力，能够将复杂技术问题抽象为可执行、可量化的评测标准和解决方案； 4、对大模型及AI Coding技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意从软件研发向大模型能力评测方向拓展。

加分项 1、有复杂服务端系统、分布式系统或大型软件工程项目的核心研发经验； 2、有技术团队管理、Tech Lead或软件架构师经验； 3、对大语言模型、Coding Benchmark有一定了解，具备相关实践经验更佳。
