1、参与行政相关的政策、法规及行业动态研究，完成信息收集、分析和初步评估，识别项目推进中的关键问题与潜在挑战，并提出可参考的解决思路； 2、参与政策、操作指南及相关项目的制定与优化，帮助业务更好地应对变化、推动创新实践，持续提升项目运行质量与效率； 3、参与区域团队战略规划及实施方案的梳理与推进，协助推动重点政策和项目方案落地；在跨团队协作中，支持开展沟通、协调与合作，共同推动形成系统性、可持续的解决方案； 4、协助开展项目数据的整理、分析与洞察输出，运用基础数据分析方法跟踪项目执行情况，支持搭建和完善监测评估机制，评估政策及相关举措的实施效果； 5、支持与利益相关方、运营团队及管理团队的日常沟通，协助输出研究结论、项目建议与支持材料，协助识别和解决问题； 6、参与项目全流程管理，包括前期策划、过程执行、阶段复盘与持续优化；在导师或团队指导下，支持变革与转型相关项目的推进、培训及落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限；公共管理、行政管理、法学、政治学、社会学、经济学、管理学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对政策研究、项目管理、公共事务、企业服务或组织运营方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意在实践中持续学习和成长； 3、具备较好的信息搜集、逻辑分析与文字表达能力，能够基于已有资料进行整理、归纳并形成清晰结论； 4、对数据有基本敏感度，具备基础数据分析能力或相关项目经历者优先；对AI工具的学习与应用有浓厚兴趣，有运用AI提升工作效率的意识或相关实践经验者优先；英文能作为工作语言； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任意识，能够在多团队协作场景中主动推进事项、有效配合他人完成任务； 6、做事细致认真，具备较强的学习能力、适应能力和执行力，面对复杂问题时愿意主动思考并寻找解决办法。
