1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，物理安全、商业管理、商业分析或其他管理学科等相关专业优先； 2、对策略设计方向有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的安全意识与责任心； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和分析能力，善于从复杂信息中提炼洞察并形成解决方案； 4、英语可作为工作语言，具备较强的学习能力、沟通协作能力和执行力，能够适应工作环境。
