日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动公司的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、跟进AI产品漏洞修复、安全治理项目，跨团队协调资源，确保按时交付结果； 2、协助制作自动化运营工具，提炼标准化运营流程，提升运营效率； 3、文档撰写、数据梳理等工作，为团队决策与项目复盘提供清晰、准确的信息支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、数学、网络安全相关专业优先； 2、较强的计划统筹与细节把控能力，做事耐心负责，有项目管理相关实习经验优先； 3、能清晰表达观点，高效协调多方资源，遇到问题主动思考解决方案，而非仅提出问题； 4、对AI领域有兴趣，乐于探索各类AI工具，能够快速学习、适应新领域； 5、每周可实习4-5天，6个月及以上优先。
