Finance Business Partner- Monetization

About the Team: The Finance Business Partner (BP) team at ByteDance LATAM plays a key role in supporting business growth, driving profitability, and providing valuable insights to guide leadership decisions. We work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to align financial strategy with business goals across the region.

Our team is responsible for budget planning, P&L analysis, and strong stakeholder management. We focus on being analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative — always ready to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with Brazilian and Southern Cone business teams and strategy teams, provide insightful and quality financial advice to supporting business. - Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis. - Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project/contract applications. - Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks. - Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of FP&A, sales/category finance or related analytical experience. - Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis. - Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions. - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to system, documents and communication with the Americas (US and Mexico) team. - Please submit resumes in English only.

Preferred Qualifications: - High growth tech start-up experience or advertising experience. - Exceptional data analytic skills. Familiarity with SQL. - CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications.
