1、负责Gauth在目标语种市场的本地化语言质量把控，针对模型输出的内容进行质检与评测，检验翻译效果、语义准确性及本地化表达，提高语言表达的准确度，保障最终端外呈现质量； 2、深入参与本地化教育内容的生产与审核，确保教辅内容及解析高度契合当地教育体系、解题规范与受众文化语境； 3、负责配合当地教育市场调研，分析产品动态、用户搜索偏好及用户反馈，提炼本地化需求，驱动产品功能迭代与体验升级； 4、与教研、产品、算法研发等多团队紧密对接，制定目标语种的翻译及审核标准，确保各环节语言规范的一致性。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、精通以下至少一门语言（越南语/葡萄牙语/西班牙语/意大利语/德语/印尼语），并能作为工作语言；有目标国家/地区的留学或长期生活经历者优先；熟悉目标地区的文化背景、教育体系及学生学习习惯，具备敏锐的本地化内容感知与严谨的文本纠错能力；具备国际化用户研究、本地化翻译或教育类内容审核相关经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力与跨部门协同推进能力，逻辑清晰、目标导向； 4、能独立解决国际化用户搜寻与建联的冷启动问题者优先。
