1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，3年以上的相关产品设计经验； 2、熟悉移动端产品设计，具备相关视觉设计/动效设计技能者优先； 3、具备产品设计经验者优先，有较好的产品体验意识与用户视角，敏锐判断设计的可行性； 4、注重设计严谨度，重视细节，对前沿设计探索感兴趣，能熟练制作可交互原型等设计效果准确表达创意和想法； 5、自我驱动力强，善于沟通表达，具备良好的文字表达能力，注重沉淀与复盘。
