日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、研究海内外不同区域的文化、消费习惯、技术接受度等，识别Gen-AI产品的市场机会和潜在挑战，为产品的海内外推广制定针对性策略；跟踪全球AI行业趋势，定期提供深度分析报告，为产品的功能优化和市场定位提供建议； 2、制定并执行海内外用户增长计划，通过跨区域的营销活动、合作推广等，提升产品在不同国家和地区的知名度和用户获取量； 3、负责海内外用户社区的运营，建立并维护与用户的紧密沟通渠道，收集用户反馈，推动产品根据海内外用户需求进行迭代优化，提升用户满意度和忠诚度； 4、与海内外各地的本地化团队紧密合作，确保产品的内容、功能、营销活动等符合当地文化和市场需求，实现真正的全球化与本地化结合；协助本地化团队解决运营中遇到的问题，提供专业的指导和资源支持，保障产品在各个区域的顺利运营； 5、建立并完善海内外运营数据分析体系，通过对用户行为、市场反馈等数据的深入分析，挖掘关键洞察，为运营策略调整和产品优化提供数据驱动的决策依据；根据数据分析结果，快速调整运营策略，优化产品功能和用户体验，持续提升产品在海内外市场的表现； 6、与产品研发、设计、市场、商务等团队紧密合作，确保产品从开发到上线的全流程与海内外运营目标一致，共同推动产品的成功；协调海内外资源，解决跨部门合作中的问题，促进信息流通和高效协作，提升团队整体执行力。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备海外生活或工作经验优先； 3、出色的客户服务技能，具有与内部和外部合作伙伴/客户合作的经验； 4、数据分析技能，将数据综合成可消费的报告，市场调研技能，包括通过各种特征细分和量化客户细分的能力； 5、一周实习5天，实习时间4个月以上优先。
