1、参与业务洞察与诊断：追踪并分析销售全链路数据（从线索到签约），保持数据敏感度，定期输出业务分析报告，发现销售过程中的断点并提出优化建议； 2、参与规则制定与宣导：参与销售管理规则（如客户归属、公海流转、业绩认定）的制定，并负责向销售团队进行政策宣导与答疑，确保规则公平且有效执行； 3、参与激励与目标管理：协助BP团队制定销售KPI及激励方案，与销售负责人沟通方案细节，调动一线团队积极性； 4、负责跨部门沟通协作：协调市场、产品、财务等部门，解决销售在推进合同、资源申请等过程中的痛点，优化销售协同流程； 5、参与AI赋能与工具优化：利用AI工具优化日常运营流程，参与系统的流程优化及自动化工具落地，并对销售团队进行操作培训。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，理工科等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，熟练掌握Excel、SQL或BI工具； 3、具备优秀的口头及书面表达能力，能够清晰、简洁地陈述复杂逻辑，且有能力在面对意见分歧时进行有效的沟通和引导； 4、对AI工具（如LLM、自动化工作流）有浓厚兴趣和实操经验，具备快速学习新事物、新技术并将其转化为生产力的能力，能够主动思考如何利用新工具优化销售效能； 5、具备较强的执行力，面对多任务时能分清优先级； 6、有过销售运营、咨询相关实习经验或有AI工具重度使用习惯者优先。
