1、支持数据平台产品研发团队，深入了解业务实际情况、团队现状及业务目标，梳理人力痛点与需求，输出并落地适配的人力资源支持方案，助力业务推进和组织能力提升； 2、结合业务特点与团队现状，建立人才培养机制，规划员工成长路径，制定并推进人才发展计划，跟进落地执行与效果，支撑团队人才梯队建设； 3、全面负责业务团队日常HR事务，涵盖HC管控、绩效管理、员工关系等，运用人力资源专业能力解决各类实际人事问题，保障团队平稳有序运转； 4、传递公司文化及管理制度，关注员工状态与合理诉求，做好内部沟通协调，维护良好团队氛围，提升团队凝聚力。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上HRBP工作经验，有互联网产品研发/OTD/咨询公司相关经验优先； 2、熟悉人力资源全模块实操工作，能够独立梳理、分析人力及业务相关数据，可主动识别团队复杂人力问题，并输出可落地的改进方案； 3、沟通协调能力良好，善于倾听、换位思考，能够妥善处理员工矛盾与团队冲突；适配多元业务管理风格，主动推进HR各项工作落地，打通信息传递，减少信息差； 4、工作主动负责，做事严谨细致，有亲和力；具备良好的逻辑思维和问题处理能力。
