1、通过数据挖掘、用户反馈、黑灰产情报等多维度信息，结合大模型识别能力，制定精细化的风险识别规则、处置策略和解决方案，打造行业领先的IM风控防线； 2、深度参与大模型在内容安全领域的落地应用，探索LLM、多模态模型在IM复杂场景中的识别策略，用AI能力驱动风控效率与精准度的指数级提升； 3、紧跟业务发展方向、行业动态与政策法规，联动算法、研发团队推动大模型辅助风控预判，从被动处置转向主动预防，持续完善IM场景的风控体系； 4、横向联动标准、算法、产品、研发等团队，主导重大风险专项治理，对IM场景的用户体验和治理结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，内容安全策略、风控策略或相关领域经验，有统计学/计算机专业背景、社交平台治理经验者优先； 2、有AI或者大模型视野，对人工智能技术在风控场景的应用有深入理解和实践经验，乐于探索用AI解决复杂治理问题； 3、数据驱动思维敏锐，善于从数据中发现问题、定位根因并找到最优解； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能够主动协调资源、推动项目落地并达成预期目标； 5、自驱力强，具备创业者心态，对内容安全事业有热情，能在快速变化的环境中持续创造价值。
