团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、参与架构规划：解读IT战略与发展规划，进行调研与痛点诊断，参与编制业务架构蓝图与智能化转型路线图； 2、进行业务建模：划分IT业务域/子域，明确业务域边界和对接协议，搭建业务能力模型，统筹业务实体、术语、主数据口径标准化； 3、跨域需求收敛：建立业务架构与应用架构、数据和技术架构的映射关系，明确业务能力对应的系统承载方案，整合跨业务线零散需求，完成需求标准化收敛； 4、业务方案评审：参与重大项目业务方案评审，审核业务边界、流程方案、数据口径，规避碎片化建设、功能冗余、流程断点等风险； 5、持续治理与优化：开展业务和应用架构巡检，识别业务割裂、标准不统一等架构负债，推动存量流程优化与重复能力整合，协调跨部门业务分歧，推动统一标准落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理或相关专业，5年以上业务架构、企业架构或IT架构相关经验； 2、具备企业业务架构规划能力，能独立完成业务域划分、业务能力模型搭建与端到端流程梳理，有架构蓝图编制与路线图设计落地经验； 3、熟悉业务建模方法论（如领域驱动设计、企业架构框架TOGAF等），能将复杂业务场景抽象为清晰的业务模型、实体关系与标准口径； 4、具备业务标准化管理经验，能牵头制定各类IT领域的设计规范和标准，具备重大项目评审与风险识别能力，能有效识别碎片化建设、功能冗余、流程断点等架构负债，推动存量优化； 5、具备跨部门协同与推动能力，能协调业务、产品、技术多方对齐目标，推动复杂项目落地与变革； 6、具备优秀的架构抽象与建模能力，能将复杂业务场景拆解为清晰的架构层次与可执行的项目计划。
