1、学习能力强，对新事物能快速理解；具备独立处理复杂项目的能力（例如多业务方、复杂且快速变化的需求场景）； 2、有较好的内外部沟通能力和意识，和良好的团队合作意识； 3、有AI软件、模型、训练数据采购经验者优先； 4、具备商务相关岗位经验，有较丰富的商务沟通和谈判经验（采购、销售、市场、BD等部门均可）； 5、良好的职业道德及价值观； 6、3-5年采购工作经验者优先；具备较好的英文听说读写能力优先。
