1、负责IT服务团队在各区域内的SOP、各类变更或信息的沟通与传达，保证信息的透明度，及时发现、反馈和解决执行中的问题，针对区域特征的需求进行必要的满足和对SOP的优化、调整； 2、协同资源支持区域内的项目支持或需求落地，保证项目支持的及时性和质量； 3、在专业技能方面给与一线一定程度的技术支持或者培训，对负责的模块能赋能一线，推动共性问题解决优化并沉淀相关知识库文档； 4、作为项目经理带领虚拟团队完成一些小型项目的交付，保证交付时效和交付质量； 5、完成区域负责人指派的其他任务，可作为备份人员，对区域内或者全国的临时空缺岗位提供必要的支持； 6、站在一线的视角协同业务线识别风险，制定优化改进方案等。

1、本科学历及以上，计算机或管理类相关专业优先，5年以上的IT用户支持经验； 2、具有3年以上的Windows、Mac OS操作系统、网络等支持的经验，能够对PC的软硬件问题、网络问题、应用问题等进行故障排查和提供相应的解决方案； 3、有较强的跨团队资源协调能力，具备一定的项目管理知识，参与过IT相关的项目实施，有项目管理经验优先； 4、较强的流程、质量管理与标准落地能力，保证信息的上传下达与执行； 5、沟通能力强，能够与各种技术、产品或管理人员进行高效沟通，有培训师经验优先； 6、能独立撰写技术或流程文档。
