日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：客服平台团队，负责字节跳动客服业务平台的设计研发工作，打造支撑字节跳动多业务线的客服中台，建设提供极致体验的多场景客服系统。让用户从产品一站式解决问题，提升用户满意度，助力核心产品线保护用户留存。核心工作主要包括： 1、引入AI技术，为海量级别端内用户打造智能客服产品，帮助用户更快解决问题，提升用户体验； 2、为公司大量客服提供统一客服工作台、工具等能力，提升服务效率、降低服务成本； 3、基于海量用户反馈，挖掘高价值建议，识别高风险问题，驱动业务改进，保障平台安全。

1、负责产品研发和工程架构部技术客服平台相关产品的前端技术选型和开发工作； 2、优化前端功能设计，解决各种浏览器和终端设备的兼容性问题； 3、通过技术手段，提升用户体验并满足高性能要求； 4、通用组件、类库编写，提升开发效率和质量。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、精通HTML、CSS、JS，熟悉页面架构和布局，熟悉HTML5/CSS3等常用技术；熟悉常用UI框架（如Bootstrap/Pure/Kendo等)； 3、精通JavaScript、AJAX、DOM、jQuery等技术；熟悉NodeJS，熟练使用Grunt、Gulp、Webpack等构建工具； 4、具备MVVM框架开发经验，如React、VueJS、AngularJS等； 5、良好的沟通和团队协作能力、热爱技术、责任心强、能推动技术框架的落地使用； 6、研究或参与过开源项目、参加过ACM或者其他类型的软件开发大赛、有相关实习经验或项目经验优先。
