1、负责核心用户社群的日常运营与维护，包括社群内容策划、话题引导、用户互动与反馈收集，提升社群活跃度和用户粘性； 2、参与抖音社交独立端的用户运营工作，协助制定和执行用户运营策略，助力提升用户留存、活跃及转化等核心指标； 3、深入了解AI产品用户的认知行为和使用场景，协助挖掘不同用户人群对AI类产品的兴趣点，参与设计创新的运营活动方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习5天，能持续实习3个月以上； 3、具备社群运营实操经验（如品牌粉丝群、兴趣社群、用户反馈群等），熟悉社群搭建、日常维护、活动策划、氛围营造等全链路工作； 4、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够从用户反馈和数据中提炼有价值的洞察； 5、对年轻人社交生态感兴趣，了解当下年轻人的话题、潮流趋势和社交偏好； 6、有用户运营、内容运营或活动运营相关实习经验者优先。
