1、协助解决方案团队推进各市场的商家金融业务，参与市场分析，支持市场推广（GTM）活动落地，包括免息优惠、白名单扩展及双日大促等季节性活动，协助协调活动物料、跟踪项目进度并落实上线前的准备工作； 2、协助监控和维护业务表现看板及报告，跟踪渗透率、放款规模、审批率、打开率、点击率（CTR）及转化率（CVR）等关键指标，识别初步趋势并整理周度或月度总结； 3、与产品、运营、商家教育、行业运营及本地市场团队等内部合作伙伴紧密协作，支持日常运营需求，确保产品上线和活动执行期间沟通顺畅。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，工商管理、金融或相关领域专业优先； 2、具备较强的分析和问题解决能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握基础数据分析技能； 3、具备项目管理经验，能够在快速变化的环境中推动成果交付，并适应灵活性的工作安排及跨时区协作； 4、具备熟练的英语和中文（普通话）沟通能力，能够与全球合作伙伴，以及以普通话为主要工作语言的市场中的关键合作方开展协作。
