ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：抖音电商算法团队，依托抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、红果短剧等产品，帮助用户发现、讨论并获得好物，享受美好生活；帮助商家高效经营，创建良性商业生态；激励创作并分享购物经验使用心得，构建有真诚有信息的电商内容氛围。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐、广告和搜索算法搭建消费者和商家之间的桥梁，也要通过风控算法和治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验，保护真正诚信经营的商家；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率，降低商家的经营成本；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户物流体验；另外我们还会用业界先进的数据科学技术为业务健康发展保驾护航。我们的使命：用算法的能力，让用户总能发现好东西，让美好生活触手可得。

1、解决抖音电商、即时零售业务中的预测、数据挖掘、建模决策工作，包括对用户履约偏好、商家的经营行为深度理解&分析，并制定适配性算法解决方案，提升用户购前与购后体验，降低商家经营成本； 2、应用机器学习/深度学习/大模型技术，解决任务包括不限于：销量预测、ETA及时空预测、异常行为识别、地址智能、定价/发券、供给增长等； 3、深入理解及建模电商内用户、商家、作者的行为模式，制定有效的平台算法策略促进生态良性发展； 4、参与电商供给生态业务支持，通过前沿深度机器学习算法，建设冷启动/潜爆/出爆/量价等成长预测算法能力，支持商家入驻成长； 5、深入理解电商导购，参与建设智能选品系统来实现不同的业务目标，支持抖音内容电商、货架电商、用户增长等各类选品场景； 6、深入理解商品价格，参与商品比价、量价建模、智能定价等系统能力建设，支持电商价格力、智能营销等业务支撑。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业； 2、具有深度学习/机器学习/运筹优化/因果推断/统计分析等大数据处理、分析、应用落地经验； 3、编程动手能力强，擅长Java/Python编程语言，具备Linux环境研发能力，熟悉掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等进行模型学习和优化，擅长做数据分析类的应用； 4、有商家商品供给成长/搜推导购/电商比价/智能营销相关业务场景支持经验者优先； 5、在CCF-A类有发表过论文者优先（KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI等），有过机器学习比赛经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情，具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力。
