团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、参与建设维护字节跳动的隐私合规网关和数据保护产品，包括但不限于系统架构、性能、数据质量以及工程效率等方面； 2、参与建设字节跳动数据理解，数据识别Agentic系统，包括但不限于多Agent架构下识别，识别评估和Agent自我迭代； 3、在团队指导下承担明确的项目模块，理解项目范围、优先级与交付节奏，在追求工程质量的同时快速迭代； 4、保持强烈的学习意愿，积极吸收团队与资深工程师的经验，在实战中快速成长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、计算机工程或相关专业； 2、有扎实的软件开发实践经历；精通至少一种主流后端编程语言（Go/Java/Python等），具备高质量的代码交付能力，了解或有实践经验使用AI辅助软件开发； 3、有AI Agentic开发经验，掌握主流的Harness和Agent自我提升框架； 4、算法、数据结构与编程能力，熟练掌握至少一门通用编程语言，能编写清晰、可靠、可用于生产环境的代码； 5、拥有丰富的产品架构设计经验，熟悉分布式系统原理，在服务治理、稳定性提升、高并发处理及容量规划等方面有实战经验； 6、具备后端开发基础，了解分布式数据、分布式计算、计算机网络等相关知识，对构建可规模化运行的服务有兴趣或初步实践，具备较强的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，能够将复杂或模糊的问题分解，并及时形成清晰、务实的解决方案。
