日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：人力与管理部作为公司的职能部门之一，助力字节跳动从一家创业公司发展成为拥有超过十万名员工的全球化公司。人力与管理部以“释放人才成长力，激发组织生命力”为使命，在组织、人才、文化等方面持续像打造产品一样打造公司，推动业务成长。

1、协助推进招聘项目全流程运营，涵盖内推活动策划、招聘数据看板搭建、社群及目标人群运营、采购计税对接，同时负责撰写数据复盘与分析报告，支撑项目落地； 2、负责招聘数据多维度分析，开展数据诊断，挖掘数据背后的潜在问题与优化空间，为HR团队的项目决策提供精准数据支持； 3、主动洞察招聘运营中的待改进领域，通过事实复盘梳理问题核心，输出结构化的优化方案，推动招聘效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周可全职实习5个工作日，能连续实习3个月及以上者优先，确保项目衔接稳定性； 3、熟练使用Excel，能熟练运用VLOOKUP、数据透视表等函数功能处理和分析数据； 4、思维活跃，具备较强的创意能力与审美素养，能为内推策划、物料设计等环节提供新鲜思路； 5、工作态度认真负责，细致踏实，具备主动推进意识与较强的抗压能力，能高效应对多任务处理。
