日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动机器学习平台的开发，支撑公司内及To B等相关业务的算法生产与高效迭代； 2、设计和实现机器学习相关的基础设施/算法框架/工具链等，并推动落地到业务中； 3、探索业界前沿的机器学习相关技术，持续提升平台能力、降低算法使用成本。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好扎实的算法基础、良好的编程风格和系统设计能力； 3、熟悉服务端基础技术（Go/Java/Python，数据库，消息队列，微服务，多线程等）； 4、熟悉容器化技术，分布式系统（K8s，Hadoop，Spark，HDFS，Zookeeper等）； 5、了解TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架和常见的深度学习算法。

加分项 1、熟悉深度学习框架和底层实现； 2、熟悉CV/NLP/推荐系统相关的深度学习算法； 3、有开源社区经历。
