1、负责信贷业务风险评估与管理，保障业务安全稳健运营； 2、开展信贷业务风险评估，并根据评估结果制定相应的风险管理策略； 3、监控并分析信贷业务风险指标，对异常情况进行预警与处置； 4、参与制定并落地信贷业务风险管理相关制度与流程； 5、协同业务部门及其他相关部门，共同管控并降低业务风险； 6、定期提交风险评估报告及优化建议，为业务决策提供支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济、统计等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的数据分析与统计能力，能熟练使用各类风险管理工具及软件； 3、熟练运用SQL与Python，基于树模型及机器学习开展风险分析与策略优化； 4、具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力，能与业务及相关部门紧密配合； 5、责任心强、执行力佳，能够独立解决问题并按时完成工作任务。
