1、财务报告及IT控制治理； 1）参与建立并持续完善集团财务报告控制框架，覆盖重大财务流程、财务披露及相关IT环境； 2）制定及维护控制标准、风险与控制矩阵（RCM）、流程文档、测试底稿及证据要求； 3）评估系统权限、变更管理、数据接口、自动化控制、系统报表及数据完整性等风险； 4）针对复杂或新业务场景，分析财务报告及IT控制风险，并提出可执行的控制方案； 5）与技术、安全、数据、平台及业务团队合作，将财务和审计要求转化为实际解决方案； 6）推动关键控制的系统化、自动化和平台化，提升控制效率及可持续性； 2、审计规划及控制测试； 1）支持集团审计、各地法定审计及内部审计中与财务报告及IT控制相关的工作； 2）提前分析审计范围、重点系统及潜在风险，推动正式审计或测试前完成风险识别及必要整改； 3）执行或复核控制设计评估、控制测试及相关审计材料； 4）对测试发现进行分析，判断缺陷性质、严重程度及其对财务报告和审计的潜在影响； 5）对复杂审计问题形成专业判断，并与外部审计师及内部相关团队进行沟通； 3、问题整改及专业支持； 1）与现有内控团队、系统负责人及业务团队合作，推动控制问题整改； 2）对财务报告、披露及IT控制相关整改方案提供专业意见，并参与整改验收； 3）识别重复性或系统性问题，推动从单点整改转向流程、系统或平台层面的长期解决方案； 4）建立并执行严格的文档和复核标准，确保控制及审计材料准确、完整、规范且可追溯； 5）对重大或可能影响财务报告及审计结论的问题及时提出风险判断及升级建议。

1、5年以上IT审计、财务报告内控、外部审计、会计咨询或相关领域工作经验； 2、深刻理解财务报告、内部控制及外部审计要求，并具备扎实的IT控制和系统风险知识； 3、有实际参与财务报告控制、ITGC、自动化控制、RCM、控制测试或审计整改工作的经验； 4、具备较强的专业判断能力，能够独立分析复杂或非标准场景，并形成清晰、可执行的解决方案； 5、能够与技术、产品、安全、数据及业务团队进行深入沟通，并推动跨部门项目落地； 6、具有复杂、多系统及快速变化环境下的控制或审计经验，跨国企业、会计师事务所IT Audit、Audit、Risk Assurance、Accounting Advisory等相关经验优先，持有CPA、CIA、CISA或其他相关专业资格优先，具备良好的英文书面及口头沟通能力。
