1、负责国际支付渠道支付网络建设，满足字节跳动国际化生态下对支付方式能力覆盖全球下有市场力的支付能力要求； 2、持续跟进支付产品的升级迭代，负责渠道支付产品的核心能力建设； 3、通过与多团队协作，协同完成支付产品整体解决方案的撰写、评审和产品方案的落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、支付行业或金融机构的相关实习工作经验优先；卡组、行业标准提供商、头部PSP、银行渠道等相关平台产品实习经验者优先；熟悉产品实施过程，包括市场分析、需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、界面设计； 3、具有较强的逻辑能力与抽象思维，对数据敏感，有较强的全局观念； 4、主动性强，有良好的沟通与团队协作能力，有产品的责任心； 5、熟练的英语口语和书面沟通能力； 6、每周至少实习3天，持续3个月或以上。
