团队介绍：内容与服务广告团队是全球变现产品组织的一部分，负责为应用下载、游戏、短剧、线索等行业客户构建广告产品。我们的愿景是通过构建支持独特垂直需求、新的变现模式和应用生命周期不同阶段的产品，使我们的产品成为营销人员获取、保留和变现用户的领先平台。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与短漫剧出海“全自动转产分发”产品体系建设，围绕内容转产、素材生产、广告投放、效果反馈，搭建自动化链路； 2、和财税法、算法、工程、运营、内容、出海业务等多团队协同，完成信息同步、方案讨论、需求跟进、解决关键问题，推动项目0-1的上线； 3、与业务方完成具体需求的收集和沟通，进行需求分析，并整理成清晰的需求文档，推进需求的落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对广告领域/短漫剧行业/出海业务感兴趣；具备优秀的抽象能力与系统化思维，具备一定的信息搜集和分析能力，对行业研究有兴趣，能快速梳理关键信息并形成初步判断； 3、乐观开朗、有求知欲、自驱、积极主动； 4、连续实习不少于4-5个月。

加分项： 1、有对应的实习经历、了解广告投放/ROI优化/IAA变现模式/短漫剧分销等。
