日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、从业务线整体经营视角出发，围绕各变现场景及费率使用情况，搭建核心指标监控，通过多维拆解、异动归因与贡献度分析开展日常监控与专项分析，利用数据分析方法帮助财务经营团队识别GMV增长的驱动因素、各策略玩法的资金使用全貌； 2、针对核心指标和问题进行长期监控，参与方案设计及跨团队对齐数据口径工作，独立搭建财务与经营分析数据看板，保障业务数据的可获得性与准确性； 3、参与AI数据分析提效场景的落地，利用Agent完成数据分析与监控工作，协助AI智能体的搭建、调优及业务场景验证测试； 4、参与数据集的口径治理，协同跨团队完成需求对齐与数据问题排查，保证整体链路稳定、口径统一、数据准确。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计、数据科学、商业分析、计算机等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握SQL多表关联查询，能够使用Python Pandas进行基础数据处理；运用统计学与数据科学方法，解决业务实际问题，包括异动诊断、因果分析、指标体系搭建，整体熟悉互联网交易类业务； 3、对AI技术有兴趣，能够结合数据工作场景主动探索AI提效方法，具备将AI工具转化为实际生产力的意识，有真实动手实践经历；熟练使用TRAE、Claude Code等AI工具，理解Harness工程、Context工程的基本概念为加分项； 4、做事细心严谨，逻辑条理清晰；能够独立完成取数、基础分析及分析结论输出； 5、沟通协作能力良好，有十分强的自驱力和学习能力，能保证3个月及以上稳定实习期。
