日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化商业安全团队致力于在国际化用户、企业和产品之间建立安全可靠的连接。我们通过一系列完善的系统和能力，审核广告内容、预测政策违规行为，并执行广告审核通过或拒绝的措施。作为国际商业化团队的业务合作伙伴，我们提供的业务诚信解决方案不仅确保国际化业务始终是一个安全、积极、友好的用户环境，同时也推动业务增长。

1、深度参与多模态内容理解模型开发流程，包括大模型微调、算法设计、训练与部署； 2、设计并实现短视频内容理解的视频分类，文本内容分析等模型，深度支持AI业务增长； 3、调研并实践大模型提示词工程，探索大模型在短视频内容理解任务上的应用； 4、支持在纯英文环境下办公。

1、本科及以上学历在读；计算机、人工智能、数据科学专业背景优先； 2、英语听说读写能力，雅思6.5/托福95/六级550以上；雅思7.5/托福110/六级600+优先考虑； 3、熟悉模型开发流程，了解常用深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow），对机器学习/NLP/CV/多模态等方向有实战经验，有计算机顶会论文优先考虑； 4、一周可上5天班，能连续实习6个月以上优先考虑； 5、思维逻辑清晰，数据敏感性强，学习能力强，工作有主动性，有算法类实习优先考虑。
