1、参与无线信号位置感知相关算法的研发与优化，覆盖室内定位、信号指纹匹配等核心方向； 2、结合定位数据、WiFi信号信息与地图POI数据，协助搭建并优化多场景的位置感知能力； 3、跟进领域前沿技术与行业动态，参与技术调研与方案验证，支撑算法能力持续迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信工程、电子信息、数学等相关专业； 2、了解无线通信基本原理，对Wi-Fi、蓝牙、蜂窝网络的信号特征（如RSSI、RSRP）有一定认知； 3、掌握机器学习基础理论，了解聚类（DBSCAN/K-Means等）、时序分析、空间数据挖掘等常用算法； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维、学习能力与问题分析能力，对位置感知算法方向有浓厚兴趣。

加分项： 1、有室内定位、地理围栏、位置指纹匹配、信号建模相关项目/竞赛/实验室经历优先； 2、通信（GLOBECOM、ICC）或定位感知领域（IPIN、ION GNSS+）相关论文或核心专利发表者优先。
