日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音研发部门负责多款大型产品的研发，包括但不限于抖音、西瓜视频、汽水音乐。 加入我们，你将有机会参与亿级用户场景的开发与架构工作，使用前沿的技术助力业务一起不断成长。

1、参与多模态大模型相关算法研发，协助完成视频多模态数据的预处理、特征提取与数据清洗工作； 2、协助开展视频时序理解、空间理解、跨模态检索等方向的模型训练、调优与实验验证，跟进模型迭代效果； 3、参与多模态算法相关的论文研读、技术方案调研，整理前沿技术思路，辅助完成算法方案设计。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉多模态大模型、CV、NLP基础算法原理；了解主流多模态模型架构与原理； 3、熟练掌握Python，具备基本的数据处理、模型训练与调试能力； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题分析与解决能力，对AI多模态技术有浓厚兴趣；具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力与团队协作精神，做事认真负责、执行力强； 5、加分项：有顶会论文发表经历，对前沿Agent技术有浓厚兴趣，有开源Agent项目，参与过AI竞赛。
