1、负责客户端、服务端及AI产品的质量保障，覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、资产损失、用户体验及模型效果等风险； 2、深度参与需求全生命周期，从业务建模、风险识别、方案评审到上线监控和问题治理，推动高质量交付； 3、针对模型、Prompt、Skills及Agent链路，建设评测标准、评测集、评估器、发布门禁和负面案例回流机制； 4、熟练运用AI，完成测试设计、代码评审、数据构造、自动化验证、问题定位等工作； 5、将业务知识和质量经验沉淀为结构化知识、Workflow、Skill或Agent，形成可复制、可规模化的质量能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言，具有良好的工程实践能力； 3、学习能力强，有好奇心和探索欲；能够快速学习新模型、新工具和新业务，重新建立解决问题的能力； 4、具备良好的表达能力和判断力；能清晰表达目标、约束和验收标准，能识别AI输出中的事实、幻觉、边界和风险，形成可验证的结论； 5、具备良好的产品意识、业务理解能力、责任心和跨团队协作能力。

加分项 1、有大模型应用、Agent、RAG、模型评测或Prompt-Engineering实践； 2、熟悉自动化测试、性能测试、稳定性治理、数据分析或监控建设； 3、有AI项目、开源项目、技术竞赛或自主完成复杂项目的经历。
