1、聚焦文娱与小游戏行业（涵盖小说、短剧、AI漫剧、小游戏等）的商业化效果广告产品运营工作，深入理解行业广告主的经营现状与投广需求，协助将其转化为有竞争力的广告产品能力，推动产品在行业内的渗透与增长； 2、参与行业需求洞察与投放数据分析，挖掘小说、短剧、AI漫剧、小游戏等行业广告主的痛点与诉求，协助进行客户投放效果复盘，沉淀行业解决方案与标杆案例； 3、参与产品能力的建设、测试、验证与落地全流程，包括产品效果回收与数据分析，提升广告产品在文娱与小游戏行业的使用效果，并对外输出方法论； 4、协同产品、研发、销售等团队，拆解大目标到过程指标，参与制定分行业/分场景解决方案并推动项目落地； 5、参与AI工具、AIGC动态创意及AI漫剧生成工具等在业务中的应用与机会探索、提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，广告、市场营销、游戏、传媒、经济学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对文娱行业（小说、短剧、AI漫剧）或小游戏行业有浓厚兴趣与热情，本身有玩游戏、看短剧/漫剧/小说兴趣或内容创作经验者优先；对AI、AIGC有使用经验、有作品产出者优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维、学习能力与数据敏感度，能够快速理解产品能力与行业生态，能够从复杂业务现象与数据中识别问题、拆解原因并形成结构化判断； 4、自驱力强、结果导向、机灵细心，有责任心，沟通协同能力强，能够积极推动跨团队协作事项落地。
