1、负责抖音/直播等多个业务场景下，LLM、MLLM算法的应用研究与算法落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于数据合成、信息检索、智能对话、代码生成、网页搭建、自动评测等； 2、跟踪大模型领域的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于Multi-Agent System、RAG、SFT、Agentic RL、长短期记忆等前沿技术； 3、深度参与项目研发，和产品经理/业务研发/业务质量等同学密切配合，通过挖掘线上数据、优化Prompt工程、微调模型等手段，提高项目整体收益和效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的算法设计能力和过硬的编码能力； 3、在以下一个或多个算法领域上有深度的理解和实践经验：NLP、RAG、机器学习； 4、熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等至少一项机器学习框架； 5、熟悉Spark、Hive、Storm、Hadoop等至少一项分布式系统； 6、有代码生成、图像生成、LLM语言模型微调、低代码等相关经验优先。
