日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责今日头条App内容质量工作，结合用户反馈，通过开放问题研判，发现消费体验问题与机会点，提出可落地的质量优化方案，并独立完成需求产出到落地的全过程； 2、针对质量治理目标，完成需求分析、识别策略制定，协调资源跟进项目落地，对治理目标负责； 3、独立完成相关产品需求文档的撰写，推动需求落地，持续关注指标变化，善于通过数据发现问题及论证假设。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对社区、内容型产品兴趣浓厚，有内容质量相关产品实习经验优先； 3、对数据敏感，能透过数据分析业务现状，持续优化用户消费体验； 4、对视频、小说、短剧等各类内容产品有深入思考，日常有较高频的内容消费习惯，能够从用户视角发现体验问题，有内容产品、社区、社交、作者等相关经验的优先； 5、跨团队协作能力强，具备优秀的沟通表达能力，乐观积极。
