1、参与字节跳动系平台（抖音、抖音火山版、今日头条、西瓜视频等）电商消费端以及商家达人端前端架构设计、系统开发与优化工作； 2、工作范围涉及前端基础架构、跨端应用、全栈开发、数据可视化、前端智能化等多个方向； 3、深入参与业务解决方案设计，承担业务重点技术攻坚，通过高质量的编码设计支持业务的快速发展； 4、与产品经理、设计师、后端工程师一起，提升产品的用户体验，打造卓越的互联网产品； 5、关注前端前沿技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信工程等相关专业； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握JavaScript、CSS、HTML等前端技术及相关标准规范； 3、熟悉一种主流前端框架以及相关技术栈，包括但不限于React、Vue等，有实际项目研发经验； 4、具备良好的编码能力、较好的抽象设计能力，关注国内外各大开源社区和技术论坛； 5、具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、逻辑思维能力和表达能力； 6、熟悉数据结构与算法，能够对具体的日常业务做基础的抽象建模。
