1、投放系统:设计并落地下一代Agentic广告投放系统,支撑高并发、低延迟、高灵活的投放架构,联合产品团队提升GIP产品的变现效率与用户体验； 2、模型工程:为GIP广告算法构建大模型推荐能力,覆盖SOTA模型(深度学习/强化学习/生成式)的特征、样本、训练到在线推理全链路设计与训推效率优化,包括生成式召回模型； 3、AI Agent:负责GIP产品广告分析诊断、AutoResearch、全链路调参等AI Agent研发； 4、策略优化:优化GIP产品广告链路的混排、投放、竞价策略,以及流量优选、算力分配、策略框架与工程性能； 5、核心服务:设计实现GIP产品广告算法核心后端模块并做策略优化,涵盖广告分库、上下线、召回、点击/转化率预估、创意样式优选、广告与内容混排等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、扎实的计算机基础、数据结构与算法功底，精通C++/Golang/Python中至少一门； 3、对可扩展性、稳定性、性能与质量有追求，有高可用、高性能Web实践经验者更佳； 4、对数据敏感，熟悉大数据处理工具（Hive/Spark）与Linux开发环境； 5、逻辑清晰、快速理解业务，具备产品意识、主动性、责任心与团队协作能力； 6、具备统计、数据分析与挖掘经验，或广告系统/搜索引擎/个性化推荐/内容安全平台/规则引擎相关背景，有技术好奇心，有深度AI产品使用或开发经验、熟悉Agent、Harness等概念者优先。
