1、负责支持Seed、豆包、即梦等大模型及AI Native产品的内控建设工作，系统性搭建风险识别评估和监控机制，并从制度、流程、系统及培训层面推动落地； 2、快速跟进业务模式变化，结合业务目标和发展动态，开展风险评估，提供解决方案和管理建议； 3、参与业务重点项目，在事前、事中提供有针对性的风险研判和应对建议，保障业务安全、合规和平稳开展； 4、协同业务及职能部门，专项推动治理方案落地，把控过程管理及落地效果。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉内控、风控岗位工作思路； 2、具备较强的学习能力与快速业务理解能力，对数据敏感，拥有良好的数据分析能力； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维与沟通表达能力，能够跨部门协调推动项目，高度自驱且结果导向，富有团队协作精神； 4、具备高风险敏感度与良好的信息捕捉能力，能够举一反三、深入挖掘和总结，可独立解决业务复杂问题。

加分项 1、有过模型训练、数据合规、标注供应商管理、数据采购、硬件采购等方向业务经验或风控经验者优先； 2、善用AI工作者优先。
