日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、参与市场资源方对接与市场活动全流程落地，负责活动方案策划、现场执行及项目分析复盘； 2、进行创意策划，输出消费行业相关创意内容与想法，撰写传播文案及活动物料文案，敢于表达自身创意； 3、维护日常活动数据，定期开展数据分析并输出核心洞察，支撑市场策略优化； 4、跨部门协作推进项目，同步进度协调资源，确保达成既定工作目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、热爱消费行业，对于消费品牌有自己想法和见解，具备强探索精神，善于表达自身思考和观点； 3、具备大型线下活动实操经验，熟悉活动策划与执行全流程； 4、乐于研究AI工具，能尝试运用于文案、数据分析等工作场景； 5、自驱力、学习能力出色，沟通及跨部门协作能力优秀； 6、会用数据分析工具，数据分析能力与逻辑思维佳，做事耐心严谨，可尽快到岗，实习6个月以上者优先。
