1、负责直播营收业务数据分析，围绕开播、互动、付费转化、ARPU、留存等核心场景搭建指标体系，识别增长机会； 2、分析礼物玩法、付费链路、运营策略、用户行为和主播供给表现，结合营收目标输出可落地的产品优化方案； 3、负责A、B实验设计、营收产品效果评估、活动评估和版本效果复盘，形成实验分析与收益归因闭环； 4、监控并分析核心营收指标异动，围绕流量、转化率、付费率、ARPPU、主播开播等指标定位问题，推动优化； 5、参与直播营收特化模型建设，支持付费预测、用户分层、特征设计、效果评估和负面案例归因，推动模型迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、统计学、计算机科学、经济学、商业分析、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL，熟练掌握至少一种数据分析语言（Python/R），能够独立完成数据清洗、建模与可视化工作； 3、深入理解统计学原理，熟悉假设检验、置信区间、回归分析等基础理论，充分理解A/B实验的评估框架与常见误区； 4、结构化思维与业务敏感度，良好的的跨团队沟通协作能力，对于挑战充满热情。

重要加分项： 1、对AI领域的动态/技术深入研究，具备敏锐的行业洞察力和创新意识。
